We are recruiting motivated and ambitious individuals, who have proven experience in exceeding targets, to join our growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The role will be based in our central Horsham office. Due to the increasing investment at Evidencia, we have warm desks with active roles ready to be filled, offering fees that are unparalleled in the sector.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within Evidencia, previous experience in the Life Sciences sector is not necessary, as tailored onboarding and ongoing training will be provided by an expert with 20 years of sector experience. We will work with you to create a personalized career path for progression, helping you develop personally and reach your goals.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage a full 360-degree warm desk with active vacancies, while also generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Headhunt and network within the global Pharma industry to attract key talent for our established and expanding client base.
• Solve high-level strategic problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidates, and clients.
• Successfully place candidates into niche positions across the Life Sciences sector.
• Stay informed about market trends and sector growth.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Keen interest in personal development and seeking a role with progression based on merit.
• A proven track record of high achievement or target hitting.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or consultative sales is preferred.
