Job summary

Oxendon Partners is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the built environment, currently expanding a busy consultancy desk in London. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will own candidate delivery and manage client relationships from week one, supported by the Desk Lead and Directors.

You'll join a warm team with live roles, an existing pipeline, and a clear path to progression as the desk scales, with hybrid working and uncapped commission on billings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, agency background a strong plus.
• Built environment experience is a bonus, not required.
• Solid grasp of the recruitment process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across a live client portfolio.
• Source, screen and shortlist against active briefs.
• Run interview processes start to finish and close.
• Spot and win new opportunities within existing accounts, working alongside the Desk Lead.
• Help drive the desk's numbers and its next phase of growth.

The Role

Join a warm, established construction consultancy desk alongside our Desk Lead. Live roles. Existing clients. Real pipeline. You won't be starting from scratch - you'll be picking up momentum and running with it, owning candidate delivery and client relationships from week one.
