Job summary

Oxendon Partners is a specialist recruitment agency for the built environment, based in London, seeking a Recruitment Consultant on the Perm Desk. You’ll join a warm, established desk with live roles and a real pipeline, owning candidate delivery and client relationships from week one.

You will build relationships, source and screen against briefs, run end-to-end interview processes, and spot new opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' recruitment experience (agency background a strong plus).
• Built environment experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
• Solid grasp of the recruitment process end-to-end.
• The confidence to step into an existing desk and hit the ground running.
• Trust-building instincts with clients and candidates alike.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine team mentality.
• Quality over quantity, always.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across a live client portfolio.
• Source, screen and shortlist against active briefs.
• Run interview processes start to finish and close.
• Spot and win new opportunities within existing accounts, working alongside the Desk Lead.
• Help drive the desk's numbers and its next phase of growth.
