Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec in London is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a 360 recruitment desk in the built-environment space, with autonomy to build and own your market.

You will drive mid to senior-level appointments, leverage relationships nationally and internationally, and push growth with minimal micro-management, while maintaining a strong client network and high billing standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (agency side).
• A strong billing track record.
• Experience within the built environment (or a closely aligned technical/professional market).
• Someone who enjoys business development and building client relationships.
• A self-starter who wants more ownership and less red tape.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a desk within your chosen specialism (M&E, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, etc.)

An opportunity to join a new London office for an established construction and engineering recruitment company.

We’re working with an established, well-regarded recruitment business within the built environment space that is launching a brand-new London office. With a strong reputation across their core markets and a successful track record in other locations, they’re now looking to replicate that success in London.

The Role
