What can I expect day to day?

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to innovate, backed by experienced colleagues and leadership. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a 360 desk in the Professional Services market
• Providing expert advice to candidates
• Developing and executing individual business and sales plans
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process at an advanced level
• Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
• Developing market intelligence continuously
• Collaborating with the leadership team on initiatives and projects
