Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Lead)

About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Workforce Lead) at Workchain, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational and sales aspects of our recruitment process. This 360-degree role will require your active involvement in client meetings, utilising your previous recruitment experience to source and connect top talent in the transport and industrial sectors, You will be able to identify and nurture ‘good business’ to achieve maximum potential. You will lead and guide a team alongside the current business manager in a 360-degree recruitment role. You will be an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Person Specification :
