Job summary

Franklin Fitch in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on Technology and GTM recruitment. You will win new business, source top candidates, and manage the full 360 lifecycle from briefing to placement.

The role offers a base salary of £35k-£45k, uncapped commissions paid monthly, and a clear progression path. Hybrid working with up to 3 days WFH is available, plus L&D and exposure to senior leadership.

Franklin Fitch is a global infrastructure recruitment specialist, working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, Networking, and GTM by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both contract and permanent roles.

We have built out 4 offices since our inception in 2011; London, Cardiff, Frankfurt, and Austin, TX. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us as we head into our third consecutive record-breaking month.

Franklin Fitch – The Role - Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Business Development – winning new business and developing long-term relationships with your clients
• Candidate Sourcing – connect with top candidates in your specialism, gaining trust and advising them through their job search
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiating terms of business with your clients, as well as working contracts for your candidates
• Deliver excellent service to your network
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet both team and individual targets, whilst developing your own desk
