Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their fast-paced, results-driven team in the UK. You will generate new business, source top talent, and guide candidates through interview processes while building long-term client relationships.

This role offers a base salary of £25k-£28k with substantial earning potential; promotions can occur within months as you grow. A flexible work-from-home arrangement is available and you will receive comprehensive training from a dedicated L&D

• Generating new business through research and business development
• Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn
• Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
• Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
• Make placements and collect the commission!

What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Recruitment Consultant?

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Experience working alongside education – hospitality, retail, sales, internships, etc.
• Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
• Passionate about building a long-term career
