Senior Recruitment Consultant - Service Delivery Centre - Bristol - Education Sector

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Service Delivery Team in Bristol recruiting into the Education Sector. Affinity Workforce Solutions are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. If you are an experienced recruiter looking to further your career in the Recruitment Industry and achieve a continued development, then this could be a great opportunity for you!

What are the responsibilities of the role?

• Monday to Friday 7:00 - 17:00 during school term time and 9:00 - 16:00 during school holidays (if targets are hit school holiday hours are 9:00 - 14:00)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles across the accounts within our MSPs and work with the Affinity Workforce Solutions brands (Monarch Education, Career Teachers, CER Education and Sugarman Education)
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through visits to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Engage in warm business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools
• Proactively generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for temporary and contract education staff across the country
• Develop and maintain strong relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions with customers

What are the benefits of this role?

• Base up to £32,500 depending on experience with Quarterly bonus up to £8,000 (OTE: £40,500)
• 25 days annual leave and your birthday off in addition to this
• WFH 1 day a week once trained and 2 days a week once hit first promotion
• No cold business development
• Full training and support provided by Manager and Operational Director in Bristol

What are we looking for?

• A strong track record of demonstrating excellent customer service to candidates, clients and suppliers
• Ability to identify opportunities to develop business and upsell / cross sell to key clients on accounts
• Ability to demonstrate an excellent understanding of client needs in recruitment and an organised approach in the management of pending candidates, clearing candidates consistently
• A confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientated
• The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies
• Full Driving License
