Position: Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector - MDE Group, Bristol, Central

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri

• 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays, 2 Christmas closure days, and birthday leave), increasing to 35 days with service
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after passing probation
