Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid working role for a Senior Recruiter based in Birmingham. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent within the supply chain and logistics industries. Daily tasks will include developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
