Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our London Technology Practice. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 18 months, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

This is a warm desk in an already established Tech contract market. We are hiring this role because there has been large growth of the leadership teams desks, so need an additional 360 consultant to take over part of the desk and develop off the success and make their own.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

1. Candidate identification and interviews
2. Advising and feeding back to candidates
3. Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
4. Lead generation through relationship building
5. Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity

What we are looking for:

This is an opportunity for an experienced technology recruitment consultant with 18 months or more experience recruiting into technology positions. The ideal person will:

1. Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
2. Ideally you will have 18 months or more of technology recruitment experience
3. Driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
4. You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture-led and values every single member of the team
5. Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

Career Progression and Training:

You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:

1. 121 training with your team and manager
2. In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
3. Online models to bolster your learning
