Job summary

Equation Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. This permanent, fully remote role offers a base salary of £27,000–£30,000 with circa £50,000 OTE and the opportunity to own your desk and build a client portfolio.

You’ll manage the full recruitment process from business development to placement, working autonomously while contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and client/candidate relationships.

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of placements and revenue generation.
• Experience developing new business and winning clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Equation Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We're looking for a permanent consultant who knows recruitment, enjoys building genuine relationships, and wants the opportunity to build something rather than simply work another recruitment desk.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Equation Recruitment as we continue to grow. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own client base, build strong candidate relationships and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment process — from developing new business and managing client relationships through to sourcing, interviewing and placing exceptional candidates.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, ambitious and confident in their recruitment ability, but who also understands the importance of providing a genuinely high-quality service.
