Equation Recruitment invites you to join as a Part Time Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer, offering a flexible, remote or hybrid role with a dynamic team. You will build a new Finance & Accounting desk, source top talent, screen candidates, and manage offers while aligning with UK business hours.

Equation Recruitment, a REC Audit accredited agency since 2011, is expanding into Finance & Accounting recruitment, and we need a talented Recruitment Consultant /Researcher to help drive our success.
