Humanoid in London is seeking an Engineering Recruitment Lead to join our Recruitment team. This strategic role sits within engineering, delivering critical hires across robotics, AI and hardware—at speed and with top quality.

You will own the end-to-end hiring strategy, build high-performance pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, and work on-site daily with engineering teams to understand technical needs and culture, while using AI tools and ATS systems to expand

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical recruitment for complex engineering roles.
• Strong network within humanoid robotics / robotics ecosystem.
• Experience partnering with engineering stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles across robotics, AI, and hardware.
• Define requirements with hiring managers and calibrate profiles, drive decisions.
• Build high-performance pipelines and optimize time-to-hire.
• Deliver regular data-backed updates to leadership and hiring teams.
• Work on-site daily with engineering teams to understand technical needs and culture.
