Job summary

Beyonk, a ticketing and marketing software company, is hiring an in-house Recruiter to build our hiring engine in London. You’ll own everything from intake to offers, partner with UK and US managers, and shape how we attract and hire great people across functions.

Based in our London office with 2x per week in the office, you’ll design processes, implement AI-first sourcing, and build Notion-based systems to scale. You’ll move fast, keep quality high, and hire for potential and culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruitment, in-house or agency, with 30+ roles filled across GTM, back office and Engineering.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and able to speak to process improvements.
• Comfort across time zones (UK/US) and fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to design and implement hiring processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Run live roles end to end across functions – intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer and close.
• Partner with UK and US hiring managers; align on roles and timing.
• Source actively; identify and engage passive candidates.
• Sell Beyonk on culture, purpose, and the role to candidates.
• Own candidate experience and drive quality in every step.
• Build and defend hiring quality, avoiding unnecessary hires.
