Base pay range

Recruitment Manager - AI, ML and Data

Competitive base DOE, up to 40% commission (OTE £250–300k+)

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

You’ll hit the ground running with warm client relationships, live demand, and full autonomy to grow your desk, lead a team, and position yourself as the authority in one of the fastest-moving, most high-stakes sectors on the planet. You Will Need

• 4 - 8 years full desk recruitment experience
• Proven track record in Life Science, AI/ML or technology recruitment
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing recruiters
• Confidence in running a 360 desk with consultative BD skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and niche technical candidates
• Entrepreneurial drive and appetite to grow a practice internationally
