PROception offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Receptionist to join our expanding team.

This is a customer-facing role, seeking a reception host capable of delivering high standards of customer service. The position offers a 45-hour contract, based at one of our prestigious addresses in London.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

Pay rate is £15.52 per hour.

Annual Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays.

At PROception, we combine Reception, Concierge, and Security disciplines to provide a seamless welcome experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide a prompt, polite, and warm welcome to all visitors.
  2. Issue visitor passes using established processes and procedures.
  3. Handle all incoming calls and enquiries efficiently and sincerely.
  4. Be a visible, customer-focused professional; greet clients personally where possible.
  5. Provide concierge services, such as booking taxis for clients and employees.
  6. Manage meeting room bookings and queries efficiently.
  7. Deliver consistent, professional service at all times.
  8. Anticipate clients' needs and address potential issues proactively.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  10. Communicate visitor and client arrivals promptly to relevant personnel.
  11. Maintain high security awareness at all times.

  2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  4. Immaculate presentation and a friendly demeanor.
  5. Clear, concise, and confident communication skills, customer service oriented, with keen attention to detail.
  6. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  7. Computer literacy.
