Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Senior Receptionist in Guildford to join our renowned restaurant brand. You will help ensure every guest experience begins with a warm, professional welcome and assist the Reception Manager in building an efficient department, supporting welfare, safety and development of the team.

We value exceptional English communication and guest-focused service as you supervise front desk activity and uphold high standards of hospitality across our popular venue.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist

includes ensuringall our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

About you:

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
