Granary Square Brasserie, part of The Ivy Collection, is hiring a Senior Receptionist to join a vibrant London team. You will ensure a warm, professional first impression for all guests and support the Reception Manager in running an efficient front-of-house with a focus on team welfare and development.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, guest care, and leadership to uphold our high standards across the restaurant.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist includes ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in the building of an efficient department, by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
