The Ivy Collection in the UK is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our warm, guest-focused team at one of the country’s most-loved restaurant brands.

You will welcome guests with professionalism, share information on the restaurant and any specials, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately. Excellent English is essential and you’ll enjoy friendly collaboration with the team.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist

will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you:

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
