Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to deliver Real Time Control Systems and Advanced Energy Management Systems in Edinburgh/Glasgow. You will provide project leadership, coordi­nation and technical direction for Core Services Layer and REPOWER centralised systems.

You will own projects from inception to deployment, manage budgets, prepare PMO reporting and engage with third‑party suppliers to ensure successful transitions to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Real Time/SCADA or Control System ICT projects.
• Experience with budgets up to £5m and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to develop project charters, roadmaps and procurement involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from inception through deployment in the Real Time/ADMS space.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for PMO and reviews.
• Develop contingency plans and manage change control.
• Coordinate handover to Delivery Teams including hardware, software and subsystems.
• Provide leadership to internal and external project teams.
