Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr Credit Operations Analyst to monitor real-time customer sales activity and credit exposure. You will manage velocity limits in RMS, perform in-depth credit analysis, and create dashboards to visualize key indicators.

Collaboration with Credit Management, A/R, and Sales is essential to mitigate risk. Ideal candidates have a BA in finance or accounting, strong Excel/reporting skills, and experience with credit data providers.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a BA in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard reporting with database awareness.
• Knowledge of credit, AR, and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to interact with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and intra-day sales volumes for unusual trends indicative of risk or fraud.
• Maintain and adjust velocity limits in the RMS and respond to alerts timely.
• Communicate credit decisions clearly to Credit Management and Sales.
• Perform credit analysis using financial statements and third-party data.
• Design dashboards to track key credit performance indicators.
• Coordinate with A/R to follow up on outstanding amounts.
• Audit customer contracts for financial security language.
