Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Credit Operations Analyst to monitor customer sales activity in real time, manage credit exposure, and design dashboards to track key credit metrics.

You will partner with Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, and Sales to respond to alerts and adjust risk controls, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions across a global business. Qualifications

• BA in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and with multiple teams in a high-visibility setting.
• Experience with compiling and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources.
• Proficient in Excel and dashboards; understanding of databases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and intra-day sales volumes to detect unusual trends or risk.
• Manage velocity limits for customers within the RMS and respond to alerts.
• Coordinate with Credit Management, A/R and Sales to update rules and mitigate exposure.
• Communicate credit decisions to stakeholders; maintain risk visibility.
• Assist with audits of customer contracts for financial security language.
