Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Client Sales Support III on a fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, full-time (35 hours/week) and reports to the Manager, Strategic Relationships.

You will enable the go-to-market team with reporting, insights and processes for B2B and B2C partners. You will work with Strategic Relationship Managers to refine reporting, enablement and operational tasks, with a sharp eye for detail and a process-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, operations or data analysis is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and insight reporting for B2B and B2C partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly trade reporting for major clients.
• Identify processes to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
• Support with campaign analysis and budgeting inputs.
• Provide project management support for new launches and programme changes.
