Job summary

Trident International seeks an Associate Director - Real Estate Fund Controller to lead pan-European fund governance, reporting and controls within an established real estate investment platform. You will partner with investment, asset management, legal and tax teams to optimise processes, oversee external administrators and drive improvements using technology and AI.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, 5+ years in asset management (real estate preferred), and strong IFRS/Lux GAAP

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant or equivalent.
• At least five years' asset management experience, ideally within real estate.
• Strong IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP knowledge; fund structures and SPVs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing pan-European fund financial control and reporting.
• Reviewing outsourced fund administration (NAVs, management accounts, financial statements, investor reporting).
• Ensuring IFRS and local GAAP reporting across jurisdictions.
• Monitoring investor cash movements and liquidity.
• Overseeing lender reporting and covenant compliance.
• Coordinating audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Participating in onboarding of acquisitions and restructurings.
