Fidelity International is seeking an Associate Director for Real Estate Fund Control and Operations in London. You will oversee financial control, regulatory reporting and investor servicing across pan-European funds, coordinating with fund administrators, auditors and tax advisers to ensure timely and accurate statements and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management, with exposure to real estate or real asset classes.
• In-depth IFRS and local GAAP knowledge and experience in complex transactions.
• Experience coordinating with third-party service providers (administrators, auditors, tax advisers).

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial, regulatory and investor reporting for pan-European real estate funds.
• Review reporting from fund administrators and service providers, including NAVs and distributions.
• Coordinate annual audits and dialogue with auditors and tax advisers.
• Support onboarding of acquisitions, restructurings and new investment structures.
• Develop and maintain strong governance, controls and reporting processes.
