Job summary

BCL Legal Limited is seeking a Real Estate Development Associate in Leeds to join a growing practice advising major public and private sector clients on regeneration and development projects across the UK. The role offers flexible hybrid working and exposure to high-value work.

You will work with senior lawyers and develop client relationships, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

4+ years' PQE in commercial property and/or residential development.
Experience in property development, regeneration or complex projects.
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commercial and pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.
Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborative approach and interest in client relationships and business development.

Responsibilities

Advise on major regeneration, development and broader commercial property matters.
Act for major public and private sector clients, including local authorities and housing providers.
Take responsibility for significant elements of complex, high-value projects.
Work closely with senior lawyers and teams across the wider firm.
Build strong client relationships and develop your own profile and network.
Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
