CRA Consulting is partnering with a top UK commercial law firm to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor in Leeds. The role offers exposure to high-profile developments, mentoring, and career progression within a nationally recognised team.

You will handle land acquisitions, option agreements, funding arrangements, and mixed-use developments, while supervising junior lawyers and maintaining client relationships. Hybrid/flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in residential development, real estate or commercial property.
• Strong technical ability in development matters and commercial property.
• Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on land acquisitions for housebuilders and developers.
• Handle option and promotion agreements, development funding and disposals.
• Mentor junior lawyers and build client relationships.
• Engage in business development and client training initiatives.
