BCL Legal Limited is seeking a Real Estate Development Associate in Leeds to join a growing practice advising major public and private sector clients on regeneration and development projects across the UK. The role offers flexible hybrid working and exposure to high-value work.

You will work with senior lawyers and develop client relationships, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in commercial property and/or residential development.
• Experience in property development, regeneration or complex projects.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and interest in client relationships and business development.

The Role

As a Real Estate Development Associate, you will:

About You

You will ideally have:

• 4+ years' PQE with experience in commercial property and/or residential development.
• Strong experience of property development, regeneration or complex projects.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach, with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in developing client relationships and business development skills.
