Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) for a leading global law firm. This client-focused role offers flexibility, with primary home-based work and occasional travel to Leeds for team meetings, training and client engagement.

You will handle asset management and investment work, draft leases, manage due diligence, and guide junior lawyers within a supportive real estate team. Excellent client relationships and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong experience handling transactional real estate matters.
• Experience acting for institutional landlords would be advantageous.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced workloads.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a range of transactional real estate and asset management matters.

• Managing tenant due diligence enquiries and lease management applications.
• Running your own caseload and overseeing transactions through to completion.

A leading global law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) to join a growing client-focused delivery team. The Opportunity
