Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale construction projects within our Real Estate team. You will drive delivery from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget and schedule are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, coordinating architects, engineers and contractors, managing risks, reporting to stakeholders and mentoring junior managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record with large-scale construction projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, contractors, clients) to meet objectives.
• Implement and oversee governance, processes, and systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project finances and manage change control processes.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders through meetings and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers.
