Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking project management professionals to join our Real Estate team. You will lead commissions end-to-end and serve as the primary client interface, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The role involves advising on governance, planning, procurement, and cross-functional team leadership to deliver successful projects, with complex urban regeneration advisory opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)

Responsabilités

• Lead project management commissions end-to-end.
• Act as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects deliver on time and cost targets with required quality.
• Monitor and advise on project finances and performance using KPI metrics.
• Establish project governance, processes and systems for use throughout the project.
