Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programmes within our Real Estate team. You will drive end-to-end project management, develop robust plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and safety compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You will mentor junior PMs, manage budgets, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships. Experience in consultancy and LEED is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to meet project objectives.
• Implement governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor finances and manage change control processes.
