Turner & Townsend in Bristol is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale construction assignments from inception to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets and resources, working with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to meet project objectives.

Ideal candidates will hold a Construction Management or Engineering degree, PMP certification, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification required or preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects within time and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to meet objectives.
• Implement project governance, processes and systems across the lifecycle.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor finances and manage change control.
• Facilitate clear communication through meetings and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
• Mentor junior project managers to aid professional development.
