Job summary
Stone King LLP in the UK is seeking a senior associate to join our nationally renowned Real Estate team, based from Bath, Birmingham, or Leeds with hybrid working. You will lead complex commercial property transactions, supervise junior solicitors, and develop key client relationships across sectors.
You will contribute to business development, cross-team collaboration, and play a pivotal role in mentoring colleagues while delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to developers,
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a solicitor in Commercial Property with complex transactions.
- Ability to supervise and develop junior solicitors and support staff.
- Pro-active business development and marketing experience.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice to developers, investors, occupiers and lenders.
- Build and maintain client relationships and act as trusted adviser.
- Draft, review and negotiate leases, sale contracts and related documents.
- Collaborate with cross‑sector teams on transactions and manage risks.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff; contribute to BD initiatives.
