Aureos is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead the Rail Systems and site-wide elements for the Washwood Heath project in Birmingham. You will oversee lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring scope and budget adherence while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong communication with clients and vendors, coordinating internal resources, and managing risks across multi-project efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and implementation of Rail System and Site Wide elements.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless delivery.
• Ensure projects stay on time, scope, and budget.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Meet with clients to clarify requirements and briefs.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and experience.
• Track performance to assess goal completion.
