Job summary

Aureos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects in the energy and transport sectors. You will lead the full project lifecycle from planning through closing, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 7–10 years of progressive PM experience, and a PMP or equivalent certification. Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6, strong leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or PM; Master’s is a plus.
  • 7–10 years progressive PM experience in infrastructure.
  • PM certification (PMP or equivalent) desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects.
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk strategies.
  • Monitor progress and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage budgets and report financial performance.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project delivery.
  • Ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery.
  • Hold regular status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
