Job summary

Critical Project Resourcing Ltd seeks a Senior Project Engineer to take technical ownership of heavy systems for the Washwood Heath depot and Birmingham spur. You will oversee track, OCS and OLE power interfaces, identifying risks before they affect delivery and coordinating across client, contractor, and programme teams to resolve issues.

The role requires a railway systems engineering background with experience across multiple disciplines, interface management and technical assurance.

Qualifications

• Background in railway systems engineering with heavy systems experience.
• Experience across multi-disciplinary programmes and client-side roles.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and NEC3 contracts; Chartered Engineer expected.

Responsibilities

• Own heavy systems scope for depot delivery sites.
• Coordinate design, construction and commissioning activities.
• Manage interfaces across client and contractor teams.
• Support NEC3 Supervisor duties and CDM roles.
