Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Rail, Roadways & Bridges to lead planning, design, delivery and commissioning of transport infrastructure supporting the Entertainment Resort Complex.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risk and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects, coordinating with authorities, consultants and contractors to deliver safe, on-time results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects (design and build).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement and change control.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on field management.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and regulatory approvals.
• Experience with interfacing with authorities and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of rail, road and bridge infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities, regulators, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with EHS standards.
• Manage project governance, documentation, and financial reporting.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress reporting.
