Job summary

Network Rail High Speed Ltd. in London Stratford Place is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Works Delivery portfolio.

You will drive delivery of critical rail infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. The role requires CDM compliance knowledge, strong governance, and the ability to develop robust project plans with engineering, commercial and controls colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• APM membership or working towards Chartered status.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
• Experience delivering projects with budgets and schedules.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
• Develop robust project plans with engineering, commercial and programme controls teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and change control processes.
• Resource management across current and future work programmes.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and governance.
• Lead CDM compliance and related obligations.
• Support business cases and investment justification.
• Lead accident investigations when required.
