Job summary

NBCUniversal UK Resort is seeking a senior project leader to direct and manage the development of attractions, resort hotels, and guest facilities from design through opening. You will coordinate design decisions, ride and show systems, and infrastructure while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Creative, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.

• Coordinate design decisions, ride and show systems, hotel architecture and engineering, and infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement to meet targets and creative intent.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, hire and supervise staff, and ensure compliant document control and reporting.
• Ensure operational readiness and a seamless guest experience from project delivery to opening.
