Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Site Planning Compliance Manager for the Universal United Kingdom Resort project in the United Kingdom. This on-site role oversees compliance with planning permissions, conditions, and environmental requirements within a live construction environment.

You will work with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to interpret planning requirements, identify non-compliance, and implement corrective actions while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site-wide compliance with planning permissions, conditions, CEMPs, and SDO requirements.
• Act as the on-site representative for planning compliance with contractors and site managers.
• Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions with practical site solutions.
• Support development and submission of planning documentation and coordination with regulators.
• Lead external stakeholder engagement, including site visits by government bodies.
