Job summary

NBCUniversal Intl. is seeking a Senior Manager, Architecture & Engineering Design to lead the Architectural & Engineering design and programming documentation efforts within Creative Studio for Universal United Kingdom Resort projects.

The role requires directing collaboration with contract firms, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with the overall creative and facility plan, and driving timely, cost-effective design delivery for entertainment venues and resort projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large architecture/engineering design programs.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ability to interpret design intent and ensure alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the management of Architectural & Engineering design and programming documentation within Creative Studio.
• Coordinate work of outside contract firms, project partners and in-house teams.
• Ensure projects align with creative and facility plan vision and transition smoothly to project development.
• Monitor progress and address trends to maintain schedule and quality.
