AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major rail projects across the UK, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality. You will mentor teams, coordinate with design and project management professionals, and contribute to business growth across PDP Rail and Transit.

This role requires extensive experience in UK infrastructure with NEC contracts knowledge, and the ability to travel across the UK and Ireland as needed. A proactive, collaborative leader is essential.

Competenze

• Significant experience as a Project Manager on large-scale UK infrastructure projects (>£5M design fees).
• Experience with Heavy Rail or Light Rail/Mass Transit projects delivering for clients such as Network Rail, HS2, TfL, or regional authorities.
• Understanding NEC3/4 contracts and other forms; professional memberships like MAPM, MICE, PMQ, ChPP are desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead major rail projects as a Senior Project Manager or smaller rail projects as a Project Director.
• Ensure projects meet revenue, profit and cash-flow targets with clear reporting.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Project Managers and Design Managers; plan resources accordingly.
• Build strong client relationships and support regional rail strategy development and bids.
