Arriva is seeking a Senior Project Planner for its RTS Infrastructure team at Holbeck Depot, Leeds. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project programmes for railway infrastructure projects, coordinating across civil, M&E and other disciplines to ensure delivery aligns with contracts.

You will produce baseline and target programmes, monitor progress against milestones, and support mitigation plans.

Competenze

• Significant experience in project planning within rail, infrastructure, construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project programmes through delivery phases.
• Strong understanding of railway projects, depot, station, enhancement or renewal works.

Mansioni

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed integrated project programmes for railway infrastructure projects.
• Produce baseline, target and short-term programmes with regular updates.
• Analyse programme performance, critical path, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with civil, M&E and other engineering disciplines to reflect delivery activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly programme reports and dashboards.
• Support change management and delay analyses for commercial teams.
