Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in project or programme delivery on major construction or infrastructure schemes.
• Experience in consultancy on construction projects at design stage.
• Degree in PM, engineering, or commercial management (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with procurement, risk management, and interface coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and coordinate the right people to keep activities on track.
• Integrate and sequence work across Washwood Heath depot and Birmingham spur.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between client, contractor and supply chain.
• Develop procurement and specification documents for overhead works; manage JV interfaces.
• Maintain governance and assurance processes across projects with senior support.
