Job summary

CPR is recruiting a Project Manager to drive readiness of a major UK railway infrastructure programme from design to construction, based in Birmingham's Washwood Heath area. You will coordinate across client, contractor, and supply chain teams to keep delivery on track and manage interfaces between civil works and rail systems.

The role requires a strong engineering or project management background, experience with multi-stakeholder environments, and the ability to read programmes and manage

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in consultancy environments is valuable.
• Background in civil or electrical engineering transitioning to PM is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the area to integrate work streams.
• Develop procurement and specification documents for overhead works and ensure timely market engagement.
• Manage project interfaces with joint venture site works and maintain governance across projects.
• Keep risks and issues under control to prevent programme delays.
