Job summary

Critical Project Resourcing Ltd. seeks a Senior Architect for a high-speed infrastructure programme in Birmingham Snow Hill.

Embedded in the Integrated Project Team, you will safeguard architectural quality and intent as design evolves through construction, focusing on the most complex areas and coordinating across disciplines. You are a registered ARB/RIBA architect with rail experience, capable of working in a multidisciplinary setting and reviewing contractor submissions and planning

Qualifications

Registered architect (ARB and RIBA) with a transport architecture background.
Experience delivering in multidisciplinary environments including architecture, civil, rail systems, landscape and environment.
Experience on major infrastructure programs at detail design or construction stage advantageous.
Familiarity with Design and Build contract environments where the contractor holds the design responsibility.

Responsibilities

Review contractor proposals and respond to technical queries.
Provide input to planning condition discharge.
Guard the design vision as it moves from detailed design to construction.
Collaborate across interfaces between architecture, civil, rail systems, landscape and environment.
