WSP is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Rail Civil Engineering team based in Leeds, Manchester, or London. You will advance toward Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) status and strengthen CRE capabilities through tailored mentoring and development.

You will deliver Civil Engineering design for stations, depots, level crossings, and lineside infrastructure, while supporting bid activities and guiding junior staff in a collaborative, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects from studies to detailed design.
• Knowledge of UK standards (DMRB, Eurocodes) and safety regulations.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage design outputs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high‑quality civil design outputs in line with WSP quality management.
• Lead and deliver design for stations, depots, and lineside civils projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and teams to meet milestones.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
